# Error: window_closed

## What happened

The channel's reply window is closed.

## Why

The channel only allows replies within a window after the person last wrote (WhatsApp: 24 hours), and that window is closed. `message` says why. A conversation on a windowed channel shows `window: { open, closesAt }`.

## How to fix it

Wait for the person to write again. Template sends, the way to reach someone outside the window, are not available yet (`operation_not_supported`).
