What happened

The workspace's test allowance for today is used.

Why

Test mode is free and capped per workspace per UTC day (by default 1,000 test messages and 100 test agent replies). Today's cap is reached.

How to fix it

Try again after midnight UTC, or ask for a higher test limit.
