## What happened

A test key can only reach a test address.

## Why

Test keys only address the reserved test addresses: `+15550100` to `+15550199`, `test-<n>` peers, and any address at `test.vlayers.ai`. This request named another address.

## How to fix it

Use a reserved test address, or a live key to reach a real person.
