## What happened

The channel does not allow this recipient.

## Why

The channel's rules do not allow starting a conversation with this recipient. Email: a new email (no thread with the person yet) goes only to a verified member of the workspace; anyone else has to write to the mailbox first.

## How to fix it

Reply in an existing conversation instead, or wait for the person to write first.
