## What happened

A provider attempt has no recorded result.

## Why

An earlier attempt to hand this message to the provider is recorded without a result. It is not sent again, because that could deliver it twice; reconciliation settles it.

## How to fix it

Do not resend under a new Idempotency-Key. Watch the message events (`message.sent`, `message.failed`) for the outcome.
