## What happened

The channel does not support this yet.

## Why

The operation is not available on this channel in this release: template sends (`details.reason: template_sends_not_available`, until the channel's template support ships) and media outside MMS.

## How to fix it

Send text instead (inside the conversation's window, on windowed channels).
