The media could not be fetched or is not carried.

## Why

A media URL could not be fetched (not public HTTPS, an error status, a timeout), or the file is not an image, video, audio or PDF the channel carries.

## How to fix it

Serve the file from a public HTTPS URL, as a type the channel carries.
