## What happened

The key does not cover this.

## Why

The API key lacks the scope this operation requires (each operation lists its scope in the reference, `x-voicelayer-scopes`), or the key is restricted with `channel:` / `binding:` tags that do not cover the sender. On the events routes, the key needs `events:read`.

## How to fix it

Use a key with the scope named in `details.required`, or one whose restriction covers this channel or Binding.
