What happened
The cursor is older than the stream's replay window.
Why
The stream replays 7 days of events; this cursor is older, so the events after it cannot be streamed.
How to fix it
Page through GET /v1/events from the same cursor (the pull reads the whole retention), then reconnect the stream with its last cursor.
