## What happened

This conversation cannot have that controller.

## Why

The conversation cannot be handed to the controller asked for: a website chat conversation cannot go to the API or a person yet, and an SDK 1.0 code agent does not answer text (`details.reason: code_agent_text`).

## How to fix it

Keep the conversation with its current controller, or with the API or a person when its agent is a code agent.
